Your day at Grand Canyon begins when our expert guide and luxury touring van meets you at your Sedona or Flagstaff hotel. From Sedona you’ll travel through Oak Creek Canyon -one of the most scenic drives in America, onto historic Route 66 through old town Flagstaff, through a field of volcanoes and around Arizona’s tallest mountain, heading for Grand Canyon.

At Grand Canyon have a nice stretch of the legs as the next few hours are spent entirely out of the vehicle and on the South Rim. Your guide will tell you about Grand Canyon’s natural and cultural history. Take a nice walk along the Rim Trail -personally, I can’t think of a better way to enjoy the Canyon, or go to Grand Canyon Village free to wander the shops and museums at your leisure. Then gather at famed El Tovar Hotel ready for our delicious Classic Victorian Picnic served amidst the ponderosa pines.

After lunch you will continue exploring the South Rim of Grand Canyon. Then it’s across the Painted Desert and onto the Navajo Reservation to visit an authentic Indian Trading Post. Established in 1916 this trading post is home to one of the finest collections of Native American Art anywhere. Later, as the sun gets low in the west it’ll be time to head for home.
