Note:  At no time do we itemize or break down package pricing.


Step #1.  Initial Contact & Package Outline Development

Upon receiving the initial request from an agent or client we begin developing a Package Outline.  We can usually produce a 7 day/6 night Package Outline within 5-7 business days.  The time required to develop Package Outlines depends on:

- Length of Trip

- Group Size

- Number of Destinations

- Number of Activities

- Number and Types of Special Services Requested


Package Outlines include:

- General Package Description

- Destination Descriptions

- Lodging Descriptions, including star-ratings and amenities

- Activity Recommendations & Descriptions

- Special Services Descriptions

- Estimated Package Pricing


Note:  Package Outlines do NOT include Day-to-Day Itineraries or specific lodging names.


If the client decides to continue with us we then require a Nonrefundable Itinerary Planning Fee which will be applied to the final cost of the trip in the event they book with us.


Step #2.  Itinerary Planning Fees & Trip Itineraries

Itinerary Planning Fees begin at $250.00 and go up from there, depending on the complexity and length of the package being created.  Itinerary Planning Fees are applied to the final cost of the trip in the event the client books with us.  Once we receive the Itinerary Planning Fee the client then receives a detailed Trip Itinerary.


Trip Itineraries include:

- Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary Outline

- Specific Lodging Recommendation Names

- Exact Price Quote

- One Round of Itinerary Revisions


Note:  Itinerary Planning Fees do not secure rates, lodging or services.


Note:  Additional charges will be applied for multiple revisions.  These additional fees will NOT be applied to the final cost of the package.
