Grand Canyon

Grand Canyon Incentive for 600

This program was the highlight event of an incentive trip for 300 top sales performers and their spouses. The day began with a fleet of luxury motor coaches arriving at the Four Seasons in Scottsdale, Arizona, to take the group to the airport where we had three airliners waiting to fly the group to Grand Canyon. Upon arrival at the canyon, we had another fleet of luxury coaches to take the group into the park for the day. But first, they would all take a 30 minute helicopter tour over Grand Canyon. A local fine dining restaurant provided a gourmet buffet at a picnic ground in the forest. After the day at Grand Canyon the group got back into their private jets and flew off to Las Vegas, sipping Moet Champagne all the way.

CEO Weekend

This program was for the CEO, his wife, and the company’s very top 5 performers and their spouses. This long weekend was spent in Sedona, Arizona at the exclusive Enchantment Resort. The trip began with the group flying into Sedona on a luxury private jet, followed by limo transport to Enchantment. The next morning the group went on a dawn balloon ascension over the red rocks of Sedona, followed by a champagne breakfast upon landing. Later that day the group took a private Jeep tour through the Sedona backcountry. That evening they enjoyed dinner on a private balcony with a magnificent view of the setting sun. The next day the group went to Grand Canyon on a private tour that included a 60 minute private helicopter tour of Grand Canyon and a gourmet picnic served on a remote point on the canyon’s rim, far from the crowds. The next day the group went out for a private tour through the Verde Valley visiting the wineries there. That evening they had an elegant fare well dinner, with live entertainment, in a 5-star luxury private home.

New Mexico Exploration

This two-week private trip was for a group of 40. The trip started in Albuquerque with a welcome cocktail party that had a renowned Spanish guitarist playing all the while. The next day the group set out on a trip through northwestern New Mexico, visiting Acoma Sky City, Zuni Pueblo, Gallup, Chaco Canyon, and Canyon de Chelly. Then it was off to ride an authentic 19th century narrow-gauge railroad through the Rocky Mountains in fall, when the hills were covered in aspen gold. This was followed by a couple of days in Taos visiting Taos Pueblo and wandering through art galleries. Santa Fe was last, with a stay at a luxurious five-star boutique hotel just blocks from the Plaza. On the group’s last night they had dinner in a private dining room and adjacent garden, accompanied by a strolling 6-piece Mariachi band that went from table to table. This dinner was something to be experienced.
