If you combine Santa Fe’s official nickname “The City Different” with the oh-so-common question “red or green?”, what do you get? Why, a crazy-unique dining experience at Sparky’s BBQ and Espresso restaurant, of course!
Celebrating more than 20 years in Hatch, New Mexico, this major roadside attraction serves up menu items like Green Chile Lemonade, Chile Lattes, and, of course, their famous Hatch Green Chile Cheeseburger. Needless to say, you may need to place a to-go order for later in the evening But don’t worry, we won’t say anything . . . lots of people have “second dinners.”
We did some digging and found the recipe for their Green Chile Milkshake. This ambitious dessert is sure to win you over with its spicy personality. If you want a bit more of a challenge in the kitchen, though, we’ve got the details for a dessert similar to one found at The Fort Restaurant in Morrison, Colorado. Enjoy!
